Anyone who knows me knows that I have a passion for Fashion. I can spend countless hours on Pinterest looking at different outfits or on Youtube watching runway show after runway show. I love how fashion is so subjective, no one has the exact same style as someone else and no one likes the same things. It is a way to express yourself and to be creative. Throughout the past four weeks of fashion month I have be mesmerized by all of the designers new collections for this upcoming fall season. I would have to say that the Gucci show in Milan was my absolute favourite. Not only did I love what was being shown on the runway but I loved all of the street styles as well. Many of the outfits that people were wearing inspired me to incorporate some new things in my wardrobe and reminded me that it is okay to venture out of my comfort zone and pair unexpected things together. I hope you enjoy all of the street style outfits throughout fashion month that I picked out. I hope they you adore and get inspired by them as much as I did.
New York Fashion Week
New York never fails to be my favourite fashion capital of the world. I love the edgy style that everyone has there and the mindset that anything goes. I noticed that a lot of the outfits included parting more casual pieces with dressy ones, such as a graphic tee with a fur coat. These are defiantly some outfits that I am going to try and recreate for myself.
London Fashion Week
London Fashion week was fierce and chic. There was a lot of vibrant colours and unexpected elements, such as the pink fur lined leather jacket pictured bellow. There were many outfits that included a lot of the spring trends that were shown during fashion month last year such as the golf colours and big sleeves.
Paris Fashion Week
Paris to me is were elegance and detail has no boundaries. There were so many famine silhouettes with beautiful patterns and beading. There was for sure a broad spectrum of styles from super chic and dark to more girly and bright.
Milan Fashion Week
Milan is another fashion capital that is very dear to my heart. I hope one day to be able to go to Milan to experience fashion week there myself. I was amazed at all of the elaborate patterns and embroidery that people were wearing. All of styles inspired me to incorporate more embroidery into my spring wardrobe in different ways that are still in my comfort zone.
