If you all didn’t already know handbags are my thing, any kind, big or small.  I have really embraced the oversized leather bag trend that is everywhere this spring season. The reason why I love it so much is that not only is it super stylish but it is also very practical.  If you are going to be practical why not be stylish at the same time.  Am I right ladies?  Oversized leather bags were seen all over the runway during fashion week from designers such as Gucci, Balenciaga and Micheal Kors. Oversized bags just scream adventure and spontaneity.  They also let you make a big fashion statement with just one item.  You can wear them for just walking around the city or for a weekend getaway with the girls. Oversized bags add a cool vibe to your outfit and can be worn in multiple different ways.  Bonus it fits tonnes of essentials!  So you girls that like to carry your life in your handbag, have no fear you will have enough room to fit it all! This bag by Coach is absolutely beautiful and is made of genuine leather. It has amazing link details on the sides and comes in a variety of colours.  It can be worn in many different ways. You can wear it as a cross body, on your shoulder or on your arm.  You can wear this versatile white bag (featured above) with a jean dress with some cute tan flats. It is a simple outfit but the details of this bag will take it up a notch!

This bag by BAGGU is definitely more laid back and casual. It is the perfect bag to bring along while you run some errands or on that weekend get away. I love the simplicity of this bag and the fact that it looks a lot more expensive then it actually is.  Carry this bag with a pair of medium wash distressed jeans, a white collard shirt tucked in, a statement necklace and some bright coloured heels. This outfit with this bag just screams spring to me.

A great outfit to pair this bag with is a pair of white wide legged trousers with a striped shirt tucked in and some nude heels.

What I love about this trend is that I am able to make a big statement with one simple item. I love how simple but classic these Sole Society bags are. The duffle bags come in a variety of colours and sizes and are perfect for travelling. The leather tote bag is another great option if you are looking for something smaller but still stylish! I would pair either of these bags with a nice cotton white blouse, light wash jeans, cute flats and a statement belt.
