Hello everyone,
I have been making my own granola for many years now and I feel like I finally perfected the recipe! I love making my own granola because I know exactly what’s going into it which makes it so much healthier. This recipe, although it makes a large batch, it never lasts more then a week. I usually prepare it on Sunday night while I meal prep and its such a great thing to add to snacks throughout the week. I sometimes change it up by adding some dried fruit or pecans. It is the best granola because it’s not too sweet and perfectly crunchy. You can use it to top your yogurt or fruit or just snack on it throughout the day. This is such an easy recipe and only requires one bowl and one pan to make. I hope you all enjoy and let me know if you try it out!
Happy baking!

INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup organic honey

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line large baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick spray.
- In one bowl combine the dry ingredients- oats, sliced almonds, salt and cinnamon. Stir to blend.
- Proceed to pour in the oil, honey and vanilla. Mix well till all the oats are evenly coated.

- Mix well until evenly coated.

- Bake for 22-25 minutes, until lightly golden. You want to make sure to stir halfway to make sure all the granola crisps evenly. (It will continue to crips as it cools)
- Let the granola cool completely (about 45 minutes).

- Break the granola into pieces with your hands if you want to retain chunks or put the granola into a bowl and mix it around with a spoon to break it apart it you don’t want large granola chunks.
- Store in an airtight container
