Today I thought I would share my go to smoothie recipe. This is a smoothie that I have every morning as it is filled with lots of nutrients and vitamins and keeps me full all morning. This is such a quick and easy smoothie that tastes delicious!

Ingredients

- 1 whole banana
- 1 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Ice
- Water
Steps
- put everything into the blender
- blend!
- Drink!
