Hello everyone,
There is truly nothing better than a warm and chewy brownie. They are my brother Andrew’s favourite and I always get requests to make them, however up until now I never perfected the recipe. These are seriously the best brownies I have ever had. With both chocolate chips and peanut butter inside you really can’t go wrong. The ingredients and steps are super simple as well. INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup of flour
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup of milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup of peanut butter
DIRECTIONS


- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line your 9×9 pan with parchment paper.
- In your blender mix your melted butter and sugar until smooth. About 30 seconds.
- Add in eggs and vanilla. Mix for 1 minute.
- Melt your chocolate chips then them mix into your blended mixture until smooth.
- Add in your flour, cocoa powder and salt until just combined.
- Stir in your whole chocolate chips until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into your pan and smooth out with a spatula.
- Add in your peanut butter and use a knife or fork to incorporate it into your brownie mixture (giving it almost a marbleized effect) until it is spread out evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes and let it cool for an additional 30 minutes before slicing.
- Eat and Enjoy!
