Hello everyone!
Today I bring to you how to make Hot Chocolate Spoon Bombs. My idea to create these was inspired by the hot chocolate bombs that have been all the rage on social media this season. As I know it’s difficult to find molds to make those I thought why not create my own version. How these work is, you make a mold with chocolate and hot chocolate powder and they can be placed into a cup of hot water or milk and the chocolate will melt to create the perfect warm drink with marshmallows included. Use the spoon to stir everything together and you have the perfect hot chocolate making kit. These are super simple and fun to make. They make the perfect add on to a gift, stocking stuffer or just a sweet treat to enjoy throughout the season. Keep reading to see how to make them. Hope you enjoy!

MATERIALS
- Bakers semi sweet chocolate block
- Hot Chocolate Powder
- Marshmallows
- Red sprinkles and crushed candy cane for topping
- Red Spoons
- Mini muffin tin
- Pot to boil water
- Extra bowl
- Measuring cup
- Little baggies (I just used zip lock bags and cut the top off)
- String
DIRECTIONS

- Start by getting your muffin tin ready by placing a spoon in each of the tins.
- Fill up a pot with a little water at the bottom and heat it on the stove until it comes to a boil.
- Place your bowl on top of the pot to serve as a place to melt your chocolate.
- Break up both of your Bakers chocolate blocks and place into the bowl and stir around until completely melted.
- Place your melted chocolate into a measuring cup to make it easier to pour. Before pouring however scoop in about 3 heeping tablespoons of your hot chocolate powder and stir it into the melted chocolate until incorporated. You want to make sure to do this quickly to ensure the chocolate does not harden.
- Now poor your mixture into each of the muffin tins, trying to make each one even.
- Place marshmallows on top of each one as well as your sprinkles and crushed candy cane.
- Put your muffin tin in the fridge or the freezer for a couple hours.
- Once your chocolate is fully hardened place them in your little baggies and tie them with a string.
- Now you have a yummy and festive item to add to any gift or use as a stocking stuffer!
