CAN’T TALK RN I’M DOING HOT GIRL SHIT

Hello everyone,

With my semester at school coming to a close I want to prioritize taking time for myself and focusing on my health from the inside out. I want to feel healthy, inspired and motivated. I decided to incorporate some new aspects into my routine such as doing a five minute journal every morning, having matcha instead of coffee and spending more time being active. These are some of the items I have picked up in order to kickstart my journey that I thought I would share with you all. This summer for me is going to be a summer of healing, wellness and making sure I feel my best from the inside out. Morning walks with a matcha in hand, journalling before I start my work day, doing a workout or some element of activity each day, making good and whole food from home and being “that girl” who is killing it. I hope I am explaining this as well as it makes sense in my head. I encourage you all to do the same, be “that girl” this summer and focus on health from the inside out.
