Halloween is fast approaching and if you are anything like me October flew by and you did not get a costume. Have no fear, in this post I have put together some easy costumes that you can put together with things in your closet. If yours as obsessed with Yellowstone as I am then your going to love this Beth Dutton costume that is super easy to put together. Beth is such a strong and witty character on Yellowstone and I try to challenge her on the daily, so why not take advantage of the perfect opportunity to dress like her. All you need is a floral midi dress, a long cardigan, cowgirl boots and a cowgirl hat. Most of these things are probably already in your closet but if not I have linked some great options.
No one is more iconic than Carrie Bradshaw. She is the queen of fashion with the coolest outfits. It is super easy to put together a Carrie Bradshaw look. All you need is a mini dress, a clutch and some fabulous strappy heels. Tease and curl your hair, put on some fresh and bright makeup and you are ready to go. Again this look can easily be accomplished with items your probably already have in your wardrobe but if not I have linked some great options.
This is one of my favourite costumes that I have come up with. Bratz dolls were so iconic when I was a kid, who didn’t want to dress up in the amazing outfits that the girls wore on the show. There are two ways to accomplish these looks. The first one is by purchasing items on a site called DollsKill that has collaborated with Bratz to put a line together. There you can find Bratz doll tops, skirts and sweatsuits. The second is to do it yourself. Pick which Bratz doll you want to be (Cloe, Jade, Sahsa, Yasmin) because that will determine the colour of your outfit. For this example I picked Cloe who’s colour is pink. To achieve this get a pink mini skirt, pink mini shoulder bag and some draw some hearts on your face with eyeliner. You can also use the heart stamp I linked above. Do dramatic makeup, overline your lips for the iconic Bratz doll look and add some glitter. You can watch this tutorial HERE for inso. For your shirt you can use a white tank top, print out the Bratz logo and glue/tape it on. Super easy and such a cute costume.
Everyone loves the Spice Girls and Posh Spice’s looks make the perfect easy costume for Halloween. Posh Spice is known for her iconic mini dresses, strappy heels, pin straight hair and moody makeup. Total 90s vibes! To achieve this look put together a mini dress with some heels. Straighten your hair super straight and line your lips with a dark shade. Voila! You have the perfect Posh Spice look. This is the perfect costume to do with friends.
After putting together the Posh Spice look I knew I needed to put together a Sporty Spice costume. Simply get a pair of sweatpants and a tight tank. Put on your favourite hair of sneakers and put your hair in a pony tail or two pigtails Don’t forget her iconic scrunchies as well!
