Hello everyone!

Today I bring to you the third post of my ‘Styled by ALTG’ series. If you are not familiar with what it is, it is basically a series where I style my friends, family and other readers for various events. Based on the persons style I select pieces that I believe suit who they are. This could include both items they would pick themselves and items I feel would look amazing on them, even if they are a bit out of their comfort zone. They then rate my choices on a scale of 1-10. Today I will be styling my cousin Samantha. Her style can be described as girly and feminine.  I loved doing this post because she is someone who really has fun with fashion; vibrant colours, sparkles and fun accessories. She asked me to put together a look for a bachelorette party, a vacation, a day at the office and a date night. Bachelorette Night Look

The first look that I put together for Samantha was a bachelorette party look. One of her friends was going to have a bachelorette in the coming year and she was looking for something to wear, even though it is no longer happening, she still thought it would be fun to put together an outfit for it. This outfit was my favourite one to put together cause Samantha loves all things sparkly and if a bachelorette look isn’t the time to go all out with fun accessories and sparkles I don’t know what is. The star of this show for this outfit is the bag, and of course the shoes.

Samantha’s Rating: 100/10!!! 

Samantha’s Comments: Oh my goodness! This is perfect for me and this is definitely something I would wear. I have a similar jumpsuit to the one in this picture. I’m obsessed with the sparkly bag and the shoes! They give me Cinderella glass slippers and carriage vibes! Laura you are so talented and you have a wonderful eye for fashion. Love you so much and I’m proud of you xoxo!

Workday Look

Samantha works at a psychology clinic and therefore asked me to put together a workday appropriate outfit. I find that office looks can easily be boring so I wanted to put a Samantha twist on it to make it feel more like her. These mauve dress pants where the start of the look. I thought they were a fun twist on a classic dress pant, and paired with the organza sleeve top makes it the perfect office look.

Samantha’s Rating: 9/10

Samantha’s Comments: I love the colours! The pants and the bag would be perfect for me to bring into the office. I admire the versatility of this look so I can wear it to the office and for a girls night after. 😀

Vacation Night Out Look

Whenever me and Samantha go on vacation, especially together, we always talk about outfits that we are going to wear. Vacations are truly the time to have fun with your style and select pieces that you otherwise might not have worn. This blue summer dress just screams Samantha to me, I knew she would love it . She has beautiful curly hair, however on vacation its nice to have it out of your face so I added this fun hair bow accessory. It is the perfect vacation night out look!

Samantha’s Comments: Wow that hair tie is super cute! I need to buy that. Love the dress because it’s a mixture of blue and purple tones (my favourite colours)! This is something that would be well suited for a tropical vacation. The necklace is delicate and simple, well suited for the summer!

The last look I put together for Samantha was a date night look. Headbands are one of Samantha’s signature accessories so I knew I had to include them in one of her outfits. I found this beautiful one on anthropology and built the entire look around it. The outfit together embodies her style perfectly as it is feminine, sparkly and super fun. Now all she needs is a date night out.

Samantha’s Comments: I love this! The look is so cute and fashionable. The hairband is my staple look. The golden bag is definitely something I would go for! The heel is perfect for me because it’s not too high; comfortable and trendy! I could see myself wearing this to a nice restaurant or walking around the city. I showed this to Brian (my boyfriend) and he said “ooooo fancy” which is a 10/10 🙂
